Since I do not represent any particular builder or development, my
job is to help YOU decide which is best for you and your family.
I am not “pushing” one particular community over another.
My loyalty is to you. Together,
as a team, we will find the neighborhood, floor plan and builder that gives
YOU the best value.
Check
Resales first.
By checking out existing homes in the area, you may find a
home you like already completed. Special
amenities you want, like fences, swimming pool, private lot, etc. may
already be in place yet sell for less than new construction due to
increasing material and land costs. Remember,
the best lots and locations were the first sold!
Get the BEST VALUE.
Building is a very complex process and not something most people
do frequently. I have been involved in the sale of many new construction
homes and have a good working knowledge of what should be done and how.
I will stay with you through plan modifications, option package and
price negotiations, building, final walk-thru inspection and closing.
The service doesn’t stop there, either!
I will see to it that you receive proper warranty service during the
term of the builder’s warranty.
You, the Buyer, need to be professionally represented.
I represent YOU!
You need your own agent, not the
builder’s agent! Think about
that for a moment. In a legal
matter, you would never think of using the other side’s attorney to
negotiate in your behalf. You
want someone who will look out for your best interest. It’s
the same in real estate……you want an Accredited Buyer’s Representative.

When you buy a home, whether new or existing, you are paying for
the services of an agent. Think
about it….even though the Seller pays the commission, it’s from the
proceeds of the sale. Who brought that money to the table? YOU!
Use your own agent……you’re paying for it!
HERE’S HOW COMMISSION WORKS!
Since the REALTOR is paid from the Seller’s proceeds, if you
don’t have an agent, the commission all goes to the Seller’s agent.
When you have your own agent, the commission is split with the
Seller’s agent. You don’t
